Sadly no, I don’t mean drifting away on a boat somewhere in paradise; I mean I think I might be drifting away from my offline friends. I don’t know, perhaps I am over reacting, I’ve been known to do this often, or maybe I am being stupid, I do this all the time but one of my friends offline hasn’t been in contact with me now for over a week even though I’ve been trying to ring her. Believe me I am not one of those people who are like, why hasn’t she contact me, whine, whine. Usually, I wouldn’t mind as I know she might be busy with University, home stuff etc. But she knew I was going to be ringing her this week because we were meant to be going out and plus make plans for my birthday. But I’ve rang her and no answer. Personally, I think I am being over sensitive as I know she is busy, it’s just usually we do contact each other often. Oh well maybe she will this week and then I will feel like a fool for making this post (and deleting it in case she reads it). : Eh all sorted now, she was just really busy with Uni and had some personal problems. Oh the joys of overreacting and then posting it for the whole world to see

I got the project I wanted! I am so happy, as I heard off the grapevine that I might not get it due to reasons such as the project leader might ignore self proposed projects. So when my friend sent me a test (SMS) and she told me I got it, I was so happy. I actually rushed into University just to check. Me rush into University, even I was surprised at myself.

It’s so hot here; I can’t believe the UK is having a small early summer. It’ only got to last until Thursday (damn birthday is on Sat, please weather guy in charge up there keep it going till Saturday) but at least we are having some sun and melting in the process but that’s just me.

Wow it’s been a very tiring week. I am only in University for three days but the lectures are so intense, they drain me out. Four hours a day of lectures and lab work is hardly anything, but we are learning so much that by the end of the day I literally go home and collapse. Oh well I have to suck it up and one be thankful I am not working everyday and two, I am not in everyday. :dead:

Don’t you just hate it when you make a fool of yourself? :sick: Someone was asking me a question about how to log into this university academic site and I said you need your id and certain pin not your everyday password, when someone else said I thought you only need our id and everyday password and I believing that I was right was very adamant that you needed this pin. And well I think you can guess who was right, I sent this poor guy on a wild goose chase to get this pin he didn’t even need! When I came home and logged in I saw that it was our password, I felt like such a fool and I had to say sorry. Darn Firefox and the remember passwords! :whater:

Oh I have a question, is it worth upgrading to Vista? I have XP and I like but I am just wondering if it’s worth upgrading. Then again I am also wondering if I should get a Mac, I do a lot of multimedia so I was considering getting one but I have heard from one person that they are the answer to all our prayers, to someone else saying they are good but in reality they just look good and overpriced and from someone who referred to them along with words of evil and the devil. Hmm decisions, decisions. :roll:
